1. Equipment installation and commissioning:
Provide free installation and debugging services for users. Before installation and commissioning, the user shall provide corresponding preparations and give advance notice. The specific installation and commissioning date can be determined by both parties through consultation. The equipment installation and debugging are carried out by senior engineers for many years free of charge. Ensure that the user can use the software correctly, operate and maintain the software, and deal with the faults.
2. Training:
Our company's engineers provide free operator training for users until the operators can operate independently.
3. Equipment acceptance standard:
The user shall conduct acceptance according to the order technical requirements. And meet the requirements of national standards. The equipment acceptance shall be conducted by the user side, and the installation and commissioning technicians of our company and the user shall jointly sign the maintenance report to confirm the completion of the instrument commissioning.
4. Equipment maintenance service:
Our company's products are free of charge for warranty and lifetime maintenance within 2 years after the user's on-site commissioning and acceptance. During the 2-year free warranty period, our company provides free maintenance for customers in case of non-human quality problems. If the product breaks down outside the free warranty period, the maintenance service will only charge the material cost properly.
5. Technical support:
For the users of required instruments, professional technical solutions shall be provided according to the requirements of users. In addition to conventional instrument services, our company's technical department can also provide users with technical support for various unconventional equipment.
6. After sales response:
After receiving the user's maintenance invitation, respond within 2 hours and solve it. If it is not solved, our company will assign engineers to arrive at the user's site in time to solve the problem until the equipment is in normal use.
