管式成缆机

本机器适用于塑料、橡胶电线及裸铜、铝线绞线之用。该产品工艺新颖、规格齐全，采用筒式组合连轴工艺，克服同类产品中速度慢、噪音大的缺点。采用变频电机、光杆排线、电子计数、液压抱紧制动等***配置，并配有填充装置。根据用户需要可选配绕包、电动上盘装置。

This machine is applied to plastics, rubberwires and bare copper and aluminum twisted wires. This product is characterizedby original technique and complete specifications, it adopts barrel-typecombinable coupling process and overcomes the shortcomings of similar productsincluding slow speed and great noise. Meanwhile, it adopts advancedconfigurations such as frequency-conversion motor, plain shaft traversing, electronic counting, hydraulic clamping brake andso forth, and it is equipped with a filling device. Lapping and electriccoiling devices can be selected as required by customers.
