高导热铸造面砂铬矿砂30-70目0.2-0.6mm/Chromite sand广泛用于熔模铸造、自硬砂铸造、消失模铸造等。铸造用的铬铁矿砂来自南非优质矿山。 南非铬矿的Cr2O3纯度不低于46%。 与耐火级铬铁矿砂相比，铸造铬铁矿砂应具有较高的Cr2O3含量和均匀的颗粒分布。铸造级铬矿砂适用于大型铸钢件、厚壁铸件、局部厚壁铸件，中小型铸件铸造用面砂，可以代替硅砂，提高铸件的表面光滑度，降低次品率。对一些小型铸件，可代替锆英砂，达到节省成本又不太影响铸件质量的目的。

1、耐碱性渣好，不与氧化铁反应。
在实际应用中，铬矿砂可以避免热化学砂粘在铸件表面。因而减少了铸造中出现的“重皮”、“橙皮”等表面缺陷，进而节省后道工序表面处理的投入。
2、铬铁矿砂是一种惰性铸造砂，对钢水的润湿角大。这使得对钢液具有良好的抗润湿性。铬铁矿砂不会与钢水发生反应。在熔模铸造过程中，铬矿本身经过固相烧结，防止了熔融金属的渗透，不会产生化学粘砂。
3. 导热性和蓄热系数比硅砂高好几倍。铬铁矿砂的这种特性可以提高熔化钢液的冷却速度。一方面，它防止在高温下发生化学反应，因此铸造会从外壳上脱落，更容易清洁铸件表面。
另一方面，它也增加了钢水的凝固过程。它会使铸钢件的缩孔和气孔更少。
4. 耐火度高。耐高温性将有助于在钢水进行浇筑时保持型砂的化学稳定性。
5. 热膨胀系数低。铸造铬铁矿砂的这种特性将有助于增加铸件上的不成形缺陷。
6. 颗粒筛分布均匀。铬铁矿砂粒度严格按照AFS标准获得。通过多重清洗工艺，我们生产的铬铁矿砂浊度低。这将使铬铁矿质量的一致性。
7. SiO2 含量低于1%。这将有助于防止铸件上出现重皮粘砂缺陷。
Product Feature and Applications of Chrome ore sand 0.2-0.6mm:
1. Good resistance to alkaline slag and does not react with iron oxide.
In practical applications, chrome ore can avoid thermal chemical sand sticking on surface of casting. Thus it will save cost on further surface finish work.
2. High Wetting angle to molten steel liquid.
That makes good wetability resistance to steel liquid. Chromite sand won’t get react with molten steel. There won’t be chemical sand sticking for casting steels.
3. High thermal conductivity and thermal storage coefficient
It is several times greater than that of silica sand. That property of chromite sand can
increase the cooling speed of melted steel liquid. On one hand, it prevent chemical reaction in high temperature. So casting will get off from the shell. It is easier to clean the casting surface.
On the other hand, it also increase the solidification process of molten steel. It will make less shrinkage and porosity of steel castings.
4. High refractoriness
The resistance to high temperature will help chromite sand stable to molten steel.
5. Low thermal expansion.
That property of foundry chromite sand will help to decrease the unshaped defects on castings.
6. Even particle sieve distribution. The chromite sand grit size is get strictly according to AFS standard. By multi cleaning process, the chromite sand from us is with low turbidity. That will make the consistency of chromite quality.
7. Low SiO2 content. It will help to prevent heavy leather defects on castings.
