sulfinert硫钝化不锈钢管硅烷化管线主要特点是这种气体可以渗透到曲折的管道内部并提供很薄的均匀涂覆，即使复杂的形状完成均匀的涂覆。

美国硅钝化表面处理技术是采用化学蒸汽沉淀法进行表面处理。基质材料可以是不锈钢或者玻璃、陶瓷。主要特点是:气体可以进入曲折的管道内部,得到薄而均匀的涂覆层。大大提高管路惰性，成为强硫、强酸碱、强腐蚀等应用场合的产品。

应用实例：非甲烷总烃VOCS；硫化物，氨，硫化氢，氯气，氯化氢等
