石墨热场
直拉单晶炉的热系统，也就是所谓的热场，是指为了熔化硅料，并使单晶生长保持在一定温度下进行的整个系统。
平顶山信瑞达石墨制造有限公司生产的石墨热场包括（石墨材料）导流筒、保温桶、三瓣埚、石墨埚托、石墨加热器、石墨托杆、石墨电极支座。本产品采用冷等静压的生产工艺，具有高强度、结构致密、良好的导电性和导热性等特征。

我公司生产的单晶石墨热场主要是22寸和24寸，其他尺寸的热场也可以定制。
