产品用途：

自由浮球式疏水阀广泛用于蒸汽加热设备、蒸汽管网凝结水回收系统，它能迅速、自动、连续地排除凝结水，***阻止蒸汽泄漏。

产品特点：

1.能连续排水，性能稳定、排水量大、漏气量小。

2.能排连续饱和水，致使设备凝结水滞存量较少、升温快、加热温度稳定。

3.有自动排冷空气装置、无气锁现象，工作平稳无噪音。

工作原理：

自由浮球式疏水阀利用浮力原理，浮球根据凝结水量的多少，随水位的变化而作升降自动调节阀座孔的开度，连续排放凝结水。当凝结水停止进入时，浮球靠自重降到底部，回到关闭位置，排水停止。由于排水阀座孔总是在凝结水位以下，形成水封、水汽自然分离，达到无蒸汽泄漏。

Product use:

Free floating ball type steam trap is widely used in steam heating equipment, steam pipe condensate recovery system, it can rapidly and automatically, continuously remove the condensate, effectively prevent leakage of steam.

Product features:

1. Continuous drainage, stable performance, large displacement, small air leakage.

2. Can continuously saturated water, causing condensate sluggish stock less equipment, heating, heating temperature stability quickly.

3. There is the cold air automatic device, no air lock phenomenon, work smoothly without noise.

Working principle:

Free ball float trap using the buoyancy principle, the floating ball based on what the condensation water, along with the change of water level go up and down and automatically adjust for seat hole opening, continuous discharge frozen water. When water stop into the floating ball by gravity to the bottom, back to the closed position, drainage to stop. As drainage valve seat hole is always below the condensation water, formation water seal, water vapor natural separation, without steam leakage.
