自由浮球式蒸汽疏水阀工作原理：
自由浮球式疏水阀工作原理：自由浮球式蒸汽疏水阀的结构简单，内部只有一个精细研磨的不锈钢空心浮球，既是浮子又是启闭件，无易损零件，使用寿命很长。装置刚起动时，管道内出现空气和低温冷凝水，手动排空气阀能迅速排除不凝结气体，疏水阀开始进入工作状态，低温冷凝水流进疏水阀，这时阀腔内的浮球随凝结水液位的高低而升降，自动调节阀孔的开度，能连续的(不是间断)排放凝结水。由于自由浮球式疏水阀的阀座孔总是处于凝结水液位以下，形成水封，水汽自然分离，工作时达到无蒸汽泄漏。该阀的最小工作压力为0.01Mpa，从0.01Mpa至工作压力范围内不受温度和工作压力波动的影响，能连续工作，其最小过冷度约为0℃，由于该阀能自动、连续地排除凝结水，加热设备内不会有水积聚，能使加热设备达到换热效率，是生产工艺加热设备的最理想疏水阀之一。
