While the vast majority of Pasted Valve Woven PP bags are for cement and have the typical basic level of flexo print on them, we can also make the bags with 8-color processed roto-gravure printing. There is no better printing for bags anywhere in the world today.
We reverse print on a film of CPP or OPP, then laminate that film to the woven polypropylene. Not only are the graphics of the highest quality, the film protects the ink from abrasions and scratches.
These bags can be made as valve bags, or we can leave the top open for filling and closure, making a flat-bottomed bag which can stand on its end.
These bags are suited for products which go to the end users such as pet food, kitty litter, bird seed, garden products, rice, charcoal, and the like. Being able to stand on end is a huge comparative advantage.
Simply put, woven polypropylene is the best material for making bags, especially bags which will contain large quantities of granular or small-sized products such as pet food, rice, seeds, charcoal, kitty litter, grain, cement, fertilizer, dry chemicals, powdered minerals such as gypsum, potatoes, and other similar products.
Woven polypropylene bags offer many advantages over paper and jute.:

Companies who market to the consumer have not been as quick to make the switch because paper bag has, up-to-now, been a far better medium for bright and crisp graphics. However, with our new process of three-layer bag-making, our graphics are the same as for paper bag. So now companies can enjoy the benefits of woven polypropylene bag while giving the customer hard-hitting and beautiful graphics--and all at a lower cost.
Woven propylene (PP) bags
Woven propylene has the strength necessary for packaging heavy amounts of product. Whereas paper or Polyethylene (PE) bags often break when loaded with 30 pounds or more of product, woven polypropylene (PP) can easily handle over 100 pounds. And now, with the technology available to us, woven polypropylene (PP) bags can look just as good as bags made from other materials. Strength, durability, and appearance, all in one package.
Some of the most common uses for woven polypropylene bags include pet food, rice, fertilizer, animal feed, grains, seed, cement, wood chips, charcoal, chemicals, and sand. Basically, any product which is packaged in paper, jute, cotton, or plastic bags can be switched over to woven polypropylene (PP). The below table gives some typical bag sizes and capacities.

开口方底袋又称开口糊底袋，采用传统的灌装方式，灌装后口部可以缝合。其在食品行业盛行使用。可用范围：粉体、颗粒、食品添加剂或化工原料。纸张层数可达2到4层。
