光线中可视光蓝光对人体眼睛伤害，是因为蓝光（波长在400毫米?500毫米）频***，所携带能量较高，伤害也较强;而眼睛角膜和水晶体能吸收光线中大部分的紫外线，但少部分的紫外线跟波长较长的蓝光就会到达视网膜。
