***分子量聚乙烯板综合了如下优异性能：高耐磨性，高抗冲性，表面不粘性以及自润滑性。并且，即使低温条件下它亦能保持***的机械性能。高分子耐磨衬板是一种具有极高粘度的聚合物，为粉末形状，其典型粒径范围为100一200微米。由于粘度很高，它通常不能用普通的热塑性塑料成型方法来加工，而是用模压或柱塞挤出工艺，在高压下把***分子量聚乙烯粒子熔融并烧结为坯材或型材，必要的话，再进行后续机加工。因为高分子耐磨衬板的耐磨性、耐化学性和好的摩擦性，其主要应用领域包括大批量材料搬运、食品和饮料加工机械、化工、采矿及矿物加工设备、娱乐设施、运输，以及整形外科移植物。

高分子量聚乙烯轴套的特性：

1、高分子量聚乙烯板耐磨耐损，且分子量越大，材料的耐磨性和抗冲击性越高；用于很多的机械轨道。

2、高分子量聚乙烯板的冲击强度是现有塑料中的高值，即使在70℃时仍有相当高的冲击强度；

3、自润滑；

4、吸水率极低。因此，其物理机械性能与使用的工作条件中的湿度因素无关；

5、高分子量聚乙烯板化学性稳定，在一定的温度，浓度范围内能耐酸、碱、盐等各种腐蚀性介质及有机溶剂的腐蚀；

6、高分子量聚乙烯板无味、***、无嗅，本身无腐蚀性，具有生理循环性和生理适应性.

7、不粘附性；

8、高密度聚乙烯分子量超过50万时，脆化温度降至140℃。***分子量聚乙烯甚至可以在液氮作用下，其使用温度可达269以下℃，仍有一定的机械强度。
