避免电动叉车蓄电池维护“短板”

提到电动叉车，我们无法避免地要涉及到蓄电池的相关内容。人们对于电动叉车蓄电池的维护工作是个短板，甚至会被忽略。但是贝朗斯想要告诉大家的是，在保养方面做得好会延长设备的使用寿命。可以对比一下，相同条件下的同款电动叉车，尽心保养的和置之不理的哪一个会先坏掉呢？答案一目了然。我们要明白，更换蓄电池也是要花费成本的，何必要花这笔冤枉钱呢？
电动叉车蓄电池充电前要检查电池温度，观察是否低于30℃，电解液液面是否不低于隔板。贝朗斯建议之后再检查导线是否可以正常使用，把电池充电插座连接到充电器充电插头上，然后将充电装置置于掀开位置。
电动液压搬运车蓄电池在充电过程中，电池温度不得大于 45℃，如超出这个范围要停止充电，待电池冷却再以较低电流重新充电，确保用电。一般充电时常为14～16小时，充电后蓄电池的电解液密度会达到1.27～1.29kg/1.25℃，电压大约为2.7V。贝朗斯建议大家在使用完电动叉车当天就要做好充电保养工作。
电动叉车蓄电池完成充电后，将充电器充电电流断开，“停止（STOP）”指示灯亮，此时，关闭开关，拔掉充电器，避免出现意外，带来不必要的损失。
