EVA塑料的物料性能:

EVA的常用特性
EVA中的醋酸乙烯的含量低于20%时，这时才可作为塑料使用。EVA有很好的耐低温性能，其热分解温度较低，约为230℃左右，随着分子量的增大， EVA的软化点上升，加工性和塑件表面光泽性下降，但强度增加，冲击韧性和耐环境应力开裂性提高，EVA的耐化学药品、耐油性方面较之PE，PVC稍差，并随醋酸乙烯含量的增加，变化更加明显。
EVA比PE的性能改善，主要是弹性、柔性、光泽性、透气性等方面，另外，它的耐环境应力开裂性得到了提高，对填料的受容性增大，可以采用加入较多增强填料的方法来避免或减少EVA力学性能比PE的下降。EVA还可以通过改性而得到新的应用，其改性主要可从二个方面考虑：一是将EVA作为其他单体接枝的主干；二是将EVA进行部分醇解。
