Huayun Plastics Company product description: PA66 plastics in polyamide materials have a high melting point. It&＃39;s a semi-crystalline-crystalline material. PA66 can also maintain strong strength and stiffness at higher temperatures.
PA66 plastics are still hygroscopic after molding, the degree of which depends on the composition of the material, wall thickness and environmental conditions. In product design, it is important to consider the effect of hygroscopicity on geometric stability. Various modifiers are often added to improve the mechanical properties of PA66. Fiberglass is a common additive that is sometimes added to improve impact resistance by adding synthetic rubber. PA66 plastics have a low viscosity and therefore a good fluidity (but not as good as PA6) . This property can be used to machine very thin components. Its viscosity is sensitive to changes in temperature. The shrinkage of PA66 is between 1% ~ 2% . The shrinkage of PA66 can be reduced to 0.2% ~ 1% by adding glass fiber additive.
