PC耐高温性能: 抗冲击强度高，良好的尺寸稳定性，无色透明，好的着色性，绝缘性强、耐化学腐蚀性、高耐磨擦，但摩擦系数高，有应力开裂倾向，高温易发生水解，与其它树脂相溶性差。 适于生产仪器仪表零件、绝缘透明产品和高耐冲击零件。
耐高温PC成型性能: 高耐热性稳定，成型温度范围宽，低流动性。吸水率低，但加工生产时，须经干燥烘料处理。成型收缩率小，易发生熔融开裂，所以应用严格控制成型条件，塑件须做冷却散热处理；熔融温度高，高粘性，大于200g的塑件，宜用加热式的延伸喷嘴；易冷却成型，模具浇注系统以粗、短为原则，宜设冷料井，浇口宜取大，模具宜加热；模温过低会造成产品缺口，塑件无光泽、产生波水纹，模具温过高会出现溢边和塑件起泡现象。模温低时容易出现伸缩率和抗冲击强度高，抗弯曲变形、抗压、抗伸张强度低。模温达到120度以上时注塑件冷却过慢，容易弯曲变形、粘模； 注塑件壁部不宜太厚，应均匀，避免有尖角和缺口。
