振动电机在使用中经常会遇到各种各样的问题，总结以往的很多问题后发现，在这些问题中，由于使用者对振动电机及振动筛的安装和使用的认识不足而造成的故障占很大一部分。这使我们感到，如果这些朋友更多的了解振动电机的使用和维修知识，不但能更好的创造价值，提升生产效率，而且可以更好的解除供需之间的各种纠纷。今天就其中的一个小问题，简单的进行阐述。前不久，一朋友的振动电机出现故障，原本销售公司要求他把该振动电机发回工厂，进行更换，但是他觉得是小问题，又怕耽误时间，就安排人员到当地普通电机维修门市部进行维修。门市部维修的师傅说，这个振动电机，轴非常的松动，能来回左右串动，会产生很大事故隐患等等。呵呵，其实我们大家都知道，这个维修师傅是把振动电机和普通电机相比较了。

因为在振动电机的生产时，轴和轴承的配合间隙和普通电机是不一样的，普通电机的轴和轴承之间一定要紧密配合，而振动电机中轴和轴承的配合间隙是滑动配合，中间存在0.01—0.015mm的间隙，维修时轴自然会产生左右串动。其实这个间隙配合是有着它的重要作用的。
