压力传感器的核心原理基于敏感元件的物理形变:应变片式利用金属或半导体应变片粘贴在弹性元件(如膜片、梁)上,压力作用使弹性元件形变,带动应变片电阻变化,通过惠斯通电桥将电阻变化转化为电压信号;压电式利用压电晶体(如石英、压电陶瓷)的压电效应,压力作用产生电荷,经电荷放大器转化为电压信号;电容式利用弹性膜片作为电容极板,压力使膜片形变改变极板间距,导致电容变化,经振荡电路转化为电信号。其硬件架构包含弹性元件、敏感元件、信号调理电路(放大、滤波、补偿)、A/D 转换器(数字输出型)与电源模块,其中温度补偿电路是关键,通过抵消环境温度对敏感元件的影响,提升测量精度。安装使用时,弹性元件与敏感元件需与被测介质兼容,避免腐蚀损坏,信号调理电路需电磁干扰,确保信号稳定性,核心运行逻辑是将压力物理量通过 “形变 - 电信号” 的二次转换,实现测量与输出。
