振动传感器的核心原理基于能量转换:压电式振动传感器利用压电陶瓷的压电效应,振动产生的机械能使压电陶瓷产生电荷,经电荷放大器转化为电压信号,可测量振动加速度;磁电式(电磁感应式)利用线圈在磁场中振动切割磁感线,产生感应电动势,与振动速度成正比;电容式通过振动改变极板间距,导致电容变化,转化为振动信号。内部结构包含敏感元件(压电陶瓷、线圈、电容极板)、弹簧阻尼系统(固定敏感元件)、信号调理电路(放大、滤波)、输出模块,部分产品具备积分电路,可将加速度信号转化为速度或位移信号。安装使用时,敏感元件需与设备表面紧密耦合,确保振动能量有效传递,核心运行逻辑是将机械振动的动能转化为电能,通过信号处理输出与振动参数(加速度、速度、位移)成正比的电信号,用于设备状态监测。
总线耦合器安装即插即用、模块化扩展,直接卡装在 DIN 导轨,前端总线接口对接控制器,后端依次拼接 I/O 模块,上电自动识别模块类型与数量,无复杂接线;运维通过耦合器指示灯判断通信状态,模块扩展、更换无需断电重启,大幅降低现场调试与维护难度。
信号隔离器安装简单,导轨式密集排布,端子接线遵循 “输入 - 输出 - 电源” 规范,支持导轨供电或独立供电,无需调试,通电即工作;运维仅需检查信号输入输出数值是否正常,宽温、抗干扰设计,长期运行无故障,有效保护后端精密设备。
光纤模块安装即插即用、无电气连接,插入设备 SFP 光口,对接光纤跳线,安装前清洁光纤接口,避免灰尘影响传输;运维无需日常维护,仅需检查光纤链路通断,完全抗电磁干扰,适合长距离、强干扰现场的稳定通信。
