液位传感器基于浮力、压力、电容、超声波等原理实现液位高度检测,核心是通过敏感元件感知液体表面位置变化,转化为电信号输出,分为接触式(如浮球式、静压式)与非接触式(如超声波式、雷达式)两类,适配不同介质(导电、绝缘、腐蚀性)与安装环境。安装使用时,接触式需确保传感器与介质兼容,浮球式需固定在液位变化范围内,静压式需安装在容器底部避免沉淀物影响;非接触式需***发射面无遮挡,安装高度需覆盖液位范围,避免蒸汽、粉尘干扰信号。接线需匹配电源与信号类型,部分产品支持液位阈值设定与报警输出。用途上适用于化工储罐、水处理池、油箱、锅炉等场景,可实现液位监测、满溢报警、自动补水 / 排液控制等功能,如化工原料储罐液位监控、消防水箱液位报警、机床油箱油位控制等,是保障容器安全运行与介质合理管控的重要传感器。
减速机安装核心***传动同轴、密封润滑,输入法兰与电机对接,输出轴与负载连接,安装时校准同轴度避免震动与噪音,加注专用润滑脂,密封件防止漏油,安装后手动转动检查顺畅度,运维定期检查润滑脂状态,更换周期长,避免粉尘进入齿轮箱,适用于大负载、长周期传动安装。直线模组安装注重基座平整、导向,通过螺栓固定在水平或垂直基座,校准模组平行度与垂直度,调节滑块运行顺滑无卡顿,电机与模组输入轴直连或加装减速机,安装防尘盖板防止异物进入,运维定期清洁导轨、加注润滑脂,检查皮带张力或丝杆间隙,安装标准化、通用性强,适合直线运动设备快速集成部署。
