一、气动球阀产品概述：

气动球阀是一种（球体）绕垂直于通道轴旋转90o的阀门，其由气动执行器和O型阀结构组成。气动球阀调节型属旋转类型高性能调节或开关阀类，接受工业自动化控制（DCS、PLC系统）仪表来源的电流信号或电压信号的输入输出。气动球阀开关型，可作简单的开关动作。气动球阀可实现对工艺管路中流体介质的比例调节或二位开关控制，从而达到对流体介质的流量、压力、温度、液位等参数的自动化控制。气动球阀也可以做切断阀使用，全开到全关只需5秒左右时间。

二、气动球阀产品特点：

1．气动球阀流体阻力小，是所有阀类中流体阻力最小的一种。以压缩空气作动力，调节型接受（4-20mA、0-10mA或1-5VDC）电流信号或电压信号，即可控制运转。开关型接受简单的触点型号实行开关动作。气动球阀以角行程输出的扭矩转动球体0~90o，达到启闭动作或调节动作。

2．气动球阀球芯通道平整光滑，不易沉积介质，可以进行管线式通球。结构简单、重量轻、密封性能好。气动球阀特别适用于要求零泄漏率的场合。

3．气动球阀***降低了球与密封圈之间的磨擦系数，减少了操作力矩。当介质压力较小时，气动球阀密封圈与球体接触面较小，故有较大的密封比压，确保可靠密封，当介质压力较大时，气动球阀密封圈与球体接触面积也相应增大，故阀座密封圈能承受较大的介质推力而不会损坏，确保可靠密封。
