[方法 ]按照《车间空气监测检验方法研究规范》的要求进行实验室及现场实验。
[结果 ] 10 0mg活性炭对乙酸丁酯的穿透容量 7.4mg ,当乙酸丁酯的浓度为82 .4~ 168.3mg/m3 时 ,采样效率均达 99.98%~ 10 0 % ;样品在碳管中可保存 8d ,方法的重现性好 ,不同浓度的相对标准偏差为 2 .1%~ 5 .5 % ;平均解吸效率为 85 .2 %~ 88.6% ;方法的低检测浓度为 0 .8mg/m3 ;空气中与乙酸丁酯共存的苯、甲苯、二甲苯等在本方法条件下不干扰测定。
[结论 ]此方法各项指标均达到《车间空气监测检验方法研究规范》的要求 ,适用于工作场所空气中乙酸丁酯的检测。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a gas chromatography method for the determination of butyl acetate by thermal desorption in workplace air.
[Method] Laboratory and field experiments were carried out in accordance with the requirements of "Research Specifications for Air Monitoring and Inspection Methods in Workshops".
[Result] The penetration capacity of 100mg activated carbon to butyl acetate was 7.4mg. When the concentration of butyl acetate was 82.4~168.3mg/m3, the sampling efficiency reached 99.98%~; It can be stored for 8 days, the method has good reproducibility, the relative standard deviation of different concentrations is 2.1%-5.5%; the average desorption efficiency is 85.2%-88.6%; the minimum detection concentration of the method is 0.8mg/ m3 ; benzene, toluene, xylene, etc. that coexist with butyl acetate in the air do not interfere with the determination under the conditions of this method.
[Conclusion] All the indicators of this method meet the requirements of "Research Specifications for Air Monitoring and Inspection Methods in Workshops", and it is suitable for the detection of butyl acetate in workplace air.
