Haohan Chromatography uses a PQ methane column to establish a calibration method for total hydrocarbon, methane, and non methane total hydrocarbon analyzers. Error, repeatability, and conversion efficiency are used as calibration items. Reference technical indicators are provided through experiments and reference to other technical specifications. The indication error is ± 10%, the repeatability is not greater than 2%, and the conversion efficiency is not less than 96%. Using calibration examples to verify the calibration method, the calibration method is feasible and the reference technical indicators are reasonable.
