产品简介：

杠杆浮球式疏水阀采用进的膜盒元件做为自动排空气阀，能自动排除不凝结气体，非常灵敏，工作质量高，使用寿命长。该疏水阀设计有平衡双阀座结构，可达到小体积大排水量，特别适用于大型加热设备和换热站设备的阻汽排水，是大型加热设备的蒸汽疏水阀。

工作原理：

杠杆浮球式疏水阀(疏水器)基本特点与自由浮球式相同，内部结构是浮球连接杠杆带动阀心，随凝结水的液位升降进行开关阀门。杠杆浮球式疏水阀利用双阀座增加凝结水排量，可达到体积小排量大，疏水量达100吨/小时，是大型加热设备最理想的疏水阀

1、采用轧装阀机械(新SCCV开关方式)，具有优良的密封性和耐久性。

2、平衡双阀座设计，比一般的疏水阀体积小而排量大，特大排量场和更能发挥优越性。

3、内装双金属片空气自动排放阀，可防止空气气堵和蒸汽汽锁。

4、采用独特的U型双金属通气口，可大大缩短设备起动时间。

5、全部部件安装在阀盖上，阀无需从配管上卸下，就可维修保养，简单方便。
