铅酸蓄电池补水答疑

随着人们意识的加强和政策的支持,再加上油价的不稳定性,电动叉车正如新能源汽车一样,***不断提升。蓄电池作为电动叉车的主要部件,它保养维护直接关系到整台车的使用寿命,那么该如何正确保养和维护蓄电池,成为了重中之重的任务,下面就跟随贝朗斯来一起看看关于铅酸蓄电池的维护保养问题。

铅酸蓄电池的维护和注意事项

一、 充、放电时,蓄电池液位的变化情况:

1、放电时:电池液渗入电池极板孔隙内,所以电池液液位会下降。

2、充电时:电池液被排出电池极板的孔隙,所以电池液液位会上升。

二、 电池液的损耗:

1、充电时,尤其是接近气化阶段(Cassing Condition),电学反应是电池液的水份被电解。以氢(H)和氧(O)的气体溢出,从而使电池液容量减少,浓度增加。

2、放电时,也会出现上述反应,但没有充电时强烈,但在大电流连续放电时,上述反应也相当强烈,浓度也会增加。

3、在激烈的充电化学反应中,如果电池液液位过高,则排出的气体会和电池液一起溢出,从而电池液液位下降(其中电池液中的硫酸H2SO4随着电池液的溢出而损失)。如果利用补充纯水保持液位,则会使电池液的液度变化(即电池液比重不足)。由于各个单元的电池液飞溅溢出情况不一样,经这样补水后各个单元电池之间的比重不一致,形成各单元电池之间的电位差,从而影响电池的效能。所以在电池使用中要尽量避免这种情况出现。

三、 为什么要补充纯水:

1、任何时候电池液都浸没极板(极板不可露出电池液),这样才能充分发挥它的效能。蓄电池容量与电池极板所接触的电池液的面积有关。

2、蓄电池在运作中应保持电池液应有的浓度及各个单元电池之间的浓度的一致性。否则各个单元电池之间存在电位差,产生环流而影响电池组的效能。蓄电池的电压和电池液的浓度有关。

3、正确补充水可减少和降低蓄电池硫酸盐化并提高使用效能。

四、 怎样补充水:

1、在蓄电池充满电后1-2小时内进行

2、在蓄电池使用之后,测量液位(以防溅网为基准),应仍可(确认在上个充放电周期内电池极板没有外露)检出。

3、 补水后液位应高于防溅网5-10 mm,但不可过高(以防溅网为基准)。

4、经过若干个充放电周期后,把电池液充电至不能再充时,测电池液比重,若比重过低或各个单元电池比重不一致,则应加硫酸。把比重重新调整到(1.27-1.29)g/ cm3之间(使各个单元电池液比重接近一致)。调整后再进行充电使电池液均匀,此项要由专业人员负责进行。

五、 注意事项:

1、在正常使用时,一个充放电周期内(充满电并用完,为一个充放电周期,一般蓄电池寿命为1000—1500个充放电周期),一个单元电池的水分损失约4ml /100Ah的水量,所以要经常检查蓄电池液位。

2、补水后,电池液的液位不可超出防溅网10mm ,原因为:(1)液位过高,电池液容易接触到电池极板间连焊接的铝排,会形成电池液的离子污染,从而使电池组放电加强,损害蓄电池容量和寿命。

(2)液位过高在充电化学反应时会引起电池液飞溅溢出,导致 电池液浓度降低,从而降低电池容量和电池电压。且飞溅出的电池液会腐蚀车体。

3、如蓄电池液位不足,则在电池使用时,电池极板上端部分会外露于电池液,这样就减少电池极板参与电化学反应的面积从而降低电池的容量。

2. During charging: the battery liquid is discharged from the pores of the battery plate, so the liquid level of the battery liquid will rise.




2、 Loss of battery liquid:




1. During charging, especially near the gasification condition, the electrical reaction is that the water in the battery liquid is electrolyzed. Overflow of hydrogen (H) and oxygen (O) will reduce the capacity of battery liquid and increase the concentration.




2. When discharging, the above reaction will also occur, but it is not strong when charging. However, when large current is continuously discharged, the above reaction is also quite strong, and the concentration will also increase.




3. In the fierce charging chemical reaction, if the liquid level of the battery liquid is too high, the discharged gas will overflow with the battery liquid, thus the liquid level of the battery liquid will drop (H2SO4 in the battery liquid will be lost with the overflow of the battery liquid). If pure water is added to maintain the liquid level, the liquid level of the battery liquid will change (that is, the specific gravity of the battery liquid is insufficient). As the splashing and spilling of battery liquid in each cell are different, the specific gravity of each cell is inconsistent after water replenishment, which forms the potential difference between each cell, thus affecting the efficiency of the cell. Therefore, this situation should be avoided in battery use.




3、 Why to replenish pure water:




1. The battery liquid must immerse the electrode plate at any time (the electrode plate cannot expose the battery liquid), so as to give full play to its efficiency. The capacity of the battery is related to the area of battery liquid contacted by the battery plate.




2. During the operation of the battery, the consistency of the concentration of the battery liquid and the concentration of each cell shall be maintained. Otherwise, there is potential difference between each cell, which will generate circulating current and affect the efficiency of the battery pack. The voltage of the battery is related to the concentration of the battery liquid.




3. Proper water supplement can reduce and reduce battery sulfation and improve service efficiency.




4、 How to replenish water:




1. It must be carried out within 1-2 hours after the battery is fully charged




2. After the battery is used, measure the liquid level (based on the splash screen), and it should still be detected (confirm that the battery plate was not exposed in the last charging and discharging cycle).




3. After water make-up, the liquid level should be 5-10 mm higher than the splash screen, but not too high (based on the splash screen).




4. After several charging and discharging cycles, when the battery liquid can not be recharged, measure the specific gravity of the battery liquid. If the specific gravity is too low or the specific gravity of each cell is inconsistent, add sulfuric acid. Re adjust the specific gravity to (1.27-1.29) g/cm3 (make the specific gravity of each cell battery liquid nearly consistent). After adjustment, charge the battery liquid to make it even, which shall be carried out by professionals.




5、 Precautions:




1. During normal use, the water loss of a cell battery is about 4ml/100Ah within a charging and discharging cycle (a charging and discharging cycle when the battery is fully charged and used up, which is generally 1000-1500 charging and discharging cycles), so the liquid level of the battery should be checked frequently.




2. After water supplement, the liquid level of the battery liquid shall not exceed the splash screen by 10mm. The reasons are:.




(2) If the liquid level is too high, the battery liquid will splash and overflow during the charging chemical reaction, which will reduce the concentration of the battery liquid, thus reducing the battery capacity and battery voltage. The splashed battery liquid will corrode the car body.




3. If the liquid level of the battery is insufficient, the upper part of the battery plate will be exposed to the battery liquid when the battery is in use, thus reducing the area of the battery plate participating in the electrochemical reaction and thus reducing the battery capacity.
