PC耐高温性能: 抗冲击强度高，良好的尺寸稳定性，无色透明，好的着色性，绝缘性强、耐化学腐蚀性、高耐磨擦，但摩擦系数高，有应力开裂倾向，高温易发生水解，与其它树脂相溶性差。 适于生产仪器仪表零件、绝缘透明产品和高耐冲击零件。

Molding shrinkage rate is small, easy to melt cracking, so the application of strict control molding conditions, plastic parts must do cooling heat treatment;
high melting temperature, high viscosity, greater than 200g plastic parts, it is appropriate to use the extended nozzle heating; easy cooling molding, the pouring system of the mould is based on the principle of coarseness and short length, so cold material well should be set up, the gate should be large and the mould should be heated. When the die temperature is low, high expansion ratio and impact strength are easy to appear, low bending deformation, compression and tensile strength. When the mold temperature reaches 120 degrees or above, the injection part is too slow to cool, easy to bend, deform and stick to the mold.
