– provide the flexibility to fill almost any liquid into a vast array of different
container sizes without the need to purchase any additional change-parts. If
it’s pharmaceuticals, foods, drinks, chemicals, cosmetics or household
products the Posimatic EV5000 offers one of the most versatile & cost effective solutions for liquid filling.
All contact parts manufactured to the highest specification to comply with
food & pharmaceutical standards. The design of the Posimatic EV5000
incorporates many features to ease set up, operation, cleaning & maintenance of this machine. The chassis houses the pneumatic & electronic control panels in an IP65 enclosure & the front mounted operator panel allows
easy access to all of the machine controls. The fully enclosed drip tray
allows any spillage & wash down to be drained away to a single point. The
filling pump chassis is connected to the main filling machine via quick
release connections & can be wheeled away from the production area for
cleaning & is suitable for drawing liquid from floor mounted vessels or overhead tanks.
